As official tyre supplier and technical partner to Brabham Automotive, Michelin racing tyres have been extensively used in the testing of the Brabham BT62. Brabham Automotive will be working with Michelin to develop tyres to ensure the continued performance of its vehicles to the very highest levels.
The Brabham BT62 was recently displayed at the Michelin hospitality stand at the 2018 24 Hour Le Mans in a new racing inspired livery which provides a glimpse into the future.
The Bend Motorsport Park
Brabham Automotive is partnering with The Bend Motorsport Park as its official Australian testing facility. Stretching to 7.77km in its maximum configuration, the newly-opened circuit at Tailem Bend, which is close to Brabham Automotive’s Adelaide base, is the second longest permanent GT car circuit in the world.
The Bend Motorsport Park is one of the most significant developments in Australian motorsport history, unique in providing for many disciplines ‘through the one gate.’ The Bend will offer a world-class motor racing circuit built to the latest FIA Grade 2 and FIM Category A/B standards, Australia’s only purpose-built drift circuit, a CIK-FIA standard karting circuit, a rally cross circuit, an international Group 1 dragway, driver training facilities, a 4WD terrain park and a rally/off-road facility.
